Job Summary:

The role of Sales Director is responsible for enhancing growth by managing overall company sales of multiple products to exceed identified targets, identifying new business opportunities/growth by expanding market knowledge, creating and personalize the most suitable experience for clients, supporting the sales team and providing guidance to initiate new leads and values.

Job Description:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Responsible for creating and managing processes such as sales target setting, forecasting, and budgeting to hit company revenue goals.
  • Define data to increase efficiencies in the sales process, closely monitor sales performance at all stages and provide continuous recommendations for improvements.
  • Identifying competitors/new market opportunities and suggesting insight data to the sales team and management team.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Manage multiple sales teams to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Oversee all sales team activities to manage customer technical requirements in discovery, solution validation, and deployment planning
  • Support sales team in all aspects from understanding market trends, generating leads, and increasing sales pipeline.
Qualifications
  • Thai Nationality.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development management positions (At least 3 years experience in the Technology industry.)
  • Prior sales experience in IT solution / Software service, Software solutions or related products is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Autonomously work and take lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
