- ดูแลเอกสารต่างๆและจดหมายเข้า-ออก ให้กับหน่วยงานทั้งองค์กร
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ และให้การต้อนรับเบื้องต้นแก่แขก/ผู้ที่มาติดต่อบริษัท
- ให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารของทางบริษัทแก่ผู้ที่มาติดต่องานกับทางบริษัท
