Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager
atFiretrade Engineering PCLRoles & Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects according to committed scope and timeline
- Supervise and coordinate with customer representatives and vendors to ensure the best outcome delivered.
- Coordinate with related functions to ensure all aspects of the project aligned and milestones achieved.
- Oversee the project progress from planning to hand-over.
- Control and report the project cost.
- Identify risks beforehand and present well thought out corrective action plans.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Engineering or related fields
- Good commands of English and Computer literacy (e.g. MS-Excel, MS- Powerpoint)
- 3+ years of experience in the fire protection industry and/or construction industry
- 10+ years of experience in team management
- Disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
