- ควบคุมและดำเนินการซ่อม ปรับปรุงเครื่องจักร สร้างเครื่องจักรใหม่ ให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายของแผนก
- Lay out พื้นที่ในการติดตั้งเครื่องจักรและขนย้าย
- วางแผน มอบหมาย ในแต่ละหน้าที่ และติดตามให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาปฏิบัติ
- ควบคุมดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา ทำงานให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย
- สรุปข้อมูล รายงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ
- ปฏิบัติตามระบบบริหารคุณภาพและระบบต่าง ๆ ที่บริษัทจัดทำขึ้น
- ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล ,วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ด้านโปรแกรม CNC และ CAD/CAM ได้
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้
