Recruitment Process

• Support talent acquisition strategy and process where necessary
• Help initiate new ideas and projects to improve the overall talent acquisition process.
• Support Talent Acquisition Manager on new recruitment system development
• Conduct new recruitment system training classes in both Thai and English versions.
• Solve recruitment system-related issues for users.
• Create monthly and yearly reports to track vacancy movements company wide.
• End-to-end recruitment process as assigned.

Employer Branding

• Responsible for overall Employer Branding strategy for both Online and Offline channels to attract talents effectively.
• Create communication campaigns and content for social media channels.
• Explore and conduct industry benchmarking to ensure top employer brand image.

Desired Skills and Experience: -

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience and a proven track record in talent acquisition and employer branding
• Excellent communication skills – able to work with diverse groups of people.
• Being strongly client focus and customer-service-oriented, and able to collaborate seamlessly across the company.
• Flexible mindset and a team player
• Excellent in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint presentation
• Fluent in English language
