Key Responsibilities (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก)

• จัดเตรียมความพร้อมการให้บริการประจำวันที่เคาน์เตอร์ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นที่ล็อบบี้
• ตรวจสอบข้อมูลการจัดประชุม การนัดหมาย และกิจกรรมประจำวัน ของหน่วยงานภายในอาคาร
• เช็คตารางห้องประชุมชั้น 7, 9 ,16,17 ทุกเช้าก่อนเปิดเคาน์เตอร์ เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลสำหรับผู้ที่มาติดต่อประชุม ต้อนรับและให้คำแนะนำ ให้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร รวมถึงอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับผู้มาติดต่อ
• รับแลกบัตร Visitor บันทึกข้อมูลของผู้ที่มาติดต่อผ่านระบบ Visitor Management
• ดูแลความสะอาดเรียบร้อยของทรัพย์สินบริเวณ Lobby ให้อยู่ในสภาพดี

QUALIFICATION (คุณสมบัติ)

• ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
• ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการบริการอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
• มีทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
