Employee Wellbeing Officer
atBoonrawd Brewery Co., Ltd.Responsibilities
- สนับสนุนการดำเนินโครงการ Wellbeing & Employee Relations ให้ครอบคลุมมิติ Physical, Mental, Social, and Financial Wellbeing
- ทำงานร่วมกับคณะกรรมการสวัสดิการพนักงาน (Welfare Committee) เพื่อพัฒนาและดำเนินโครงการตามแผนที่วางไว้
- จัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ ออกแบบสื่อที่เข้าใจง่าย น่าสนใจ เช่น Infographic, Video Content, และ Social Media Post โดยใช้ Canva, PowerPoint หรือ AI Design Tools
- เตรียมความพร้อมก่อนงานโครงการ หรือกิจกรรมต่างๆที่จะเกิดขึ้นให้มีความพร้อมทุกด้าน พร้อมทั้งรายงานความคืบหน้าให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา และผู้เกี่ยวข้องให้ทราบเป็นระยะ
- ติดตามและรวบรวมผลการดำเนินงาน พร้อมทั้งประเมินผลโครงการ จุดที่ต้องปรับปรุงในโครงการต่อไปให้มีประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มขึ้น
- รายงานผลการดำเนินงาน และข้อเสนอแนะให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชา ผู้บริหาร
- ติดต่อและแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์กับเจ้าหน้าที่ wellbeing ของมหาวิทยาลัยและองค์กรอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้ได้แนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุด
- สนับสนุน ช่วยเหลืองาน Welfare Operation ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- งาน ad-hoc อื่นๆ ที่อาจได้รับมอบหมายเพิ่มเติม
Requirements
- อายุ 22-28 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์, นิเทศศาสตร์, การออกแบบสื่อ, การตลาด , สาธารณสุข , จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 1-4 ปี ในงานด้าน HR Communications, Content Creation, Employee Engagement หรือ Wellbeing Program
- มีทักษะด้าน Graphic Design, Video Editing, Social Media Management
- Service mind
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอก
- สามารถบริหารจัดการโครงการให้สำเร็จตามแผนได้
- Creative & Engaging Communication สร้างคอนเทนต์ที่เข้าถึงง่ายและดึงดูดพนักงาน
- IT Literacy – ใช้ Canva, Photoshop, AI Tools และ Social Media เพื่อสร้างสื่อ
