Last Mile Service Manager

  • Manage budgeting, recording, planning, and auditing.
  • Guarantee all legal and regulatory documents are filled and control compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
  • Hire, training and team performance management.
  • Headcount and Infrastructure planning
  • Liaising with multiple teams, such as Finance & Customer Service, and Head Office for smooth operations
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Recognize and address obstacles and opportunities for the company.
  • Working as a part of project teams to plan and implement new initiatives.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management or similar area.
  • Strong foundation in high volume operational setup; preferably in consumer businesses (eCommerce, FMCG, Logistics)
  • Should have handled geographically dispersed teams
  • Knowledge of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow supervision.
  • Excellent management, communication and reporting skill.
  • Problem Solving and Handling stressful and complicated situation.
  • Leadership and Team Management skills
