Interior Design Support I Associate

รายละเอียดงาน
- สนับสนุนงานออกแบบ จัดเตรียม แปลนงานออกแบบ และตัวอย่างวัสดุ ให้ตรงตามฟังก์ชันการใช้งาน
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขแบบให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนด
- ประสานงานและบริหารโครงการ ติดต่อ ซัพพลายเออร์และผู้รับเหมา เพื่อขอใบเสนอราคาและเปรียบเทียบวัสดุ
- ตรวจสอบ และติดตามการดำเนินงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบ คุณภาพงานก่อสร้างและตกแต่ง
- แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นหน้างาน โดยประสานระหว่างทีมงาน และผู้รับเหมา
- จัดการเอกสาร และเอกสารของบประมาณโครงการ หรือเอกสารอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Job Skills & Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาสถาปัตยกรรม มัณฑนศิลป์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ด้านออกแบบสถาปัตย์ หรือตกแต่งภายใน
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD, 3D, Photoshop, PowerPoint ได้
- เข้าใจหลักการออกแบบ วัสดุ และเทคนิคการก่อสร้าง
- มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการโครงการ และการประสานงานที่ดี
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
