Human Resource Development Associate
atThai Beverage PCLResponsibilities:
- Collaborate with Line Managers to develop the annual Talent Development Plan and Training Roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and both short-term and long-term goals.
- Plan and execute Functional Competency assessments and conduct Gap Analysis to support employee development planning.
- Design talent development plans and co-develop Functional Training courses with Line Managers.
- Consolidate information and co-plan the annual training budget.
- Communicate, monitor, and analyze employees’ Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to ensure maximum effectiveness, while providing guidance and tracking progress on each employee’s development activities.
- Communicate and provide guidance to employees and managers on Career Path development.
- Manage documentation and oversee training arrangements required to enhance employee and leadership capabilities, including handling training course submissions for approval by the Department of Skill Development.
- Design and monitor Training Evaluations for all training programs in line with company policies.
- Communicate, analyze results, and co-develop employee engagement initiatives—including planning activities, execution, and follow-up—to strengthen motivation and morale.
- Facilitate HR-related training sessions as an internal trainer and act as a coordinator for other relevant training programs.
- Perform other talent development tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources Development or related areas.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Based in Bangkok with occasional travel upcountry.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills in talent development.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
