About the Role

We are seeking an Human Capital Business Partner Officer to join Thai Beverage Public Company Limited in a full-time position based in ThaiBev Quarter Building (near MRT Queen Sirikit Centre), Bangkok. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our Human Resources function and our business operations, serving as a strategic partner to support organisational objectives and drive employee engagement across the company. As an HR Business Partner Officer, you will be instrumental in translating business needs into effective HR strategies, ensuring that our people practices directly support the achievement of corporate goals and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and operational teams to understand their strategic objectives and translate these into targeted HR initiatives and interventions
  • Provide strategic HR advice on organisational development, talent management, performance management and workforce planning to support business growth and efficiency
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and programmes that align with business requirements and employee needs
  • Lead employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, grievance handling and disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate on talent acquisition, onboarding and development programmes to build and retain high-performing teams
  • Conduct HR analytics and reporting to identify trends, risks and opportunities that inform strategic decision-making
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture that reflects company values
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations and best practices in all HR matters
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees on people-related matters


What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in HR
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant or similar generalist HR role within a medium to large-sized organisation
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, labour regulations and HR best practices relevant to Thailand and Southeast Asia
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align HR solutions with business objectives whilst maintaining operational excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with experience in managing complex employee relations situations and organisational change
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools, with the ability to extract insights from HR metrics
  • Experience in talent management, performance management and workforce planning
  • Fluency in English and Thai; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment whilst maintaining confidentiality and professional discretion
