Responsibilities

Role Purpose

Act as the end-to-end owner and strategic leader of Group-level technology solutions to ensure standardization, reusability, scalability, and effective support for cross-BU and multi-country business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Standardization
• Own and define Group Solution Blueprints and Reference Architectures for assigned solution domains
• Define standard processes, data models, integration patterns, and technology stacks in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture
• Select and establish Group-level standard solutions and platforms
• Business & Demand Alignment
• Work closely with BU, DTBP, Finance, and HQ to translate business demands into a Group-level solution roadmap
• Prioritize demands based on business impact, reuse potential, and cost efficiency
• Act as the single point of accountability between Business, D&T, and vendors
• Delivery & Governance
• Govern solution design and development across the full lifecycle: Concept, Design, Build, and Deploy
• Define and enforce governance frameworks, design reviews, architecture reviews, and quality gates
• Manage vendors to ensure compliance with Group standards and architectural principles
• Agility & Continuous Improvement
• Promote Agile and product-oriented mindsets across solution development
• Collect feedback from real usage and continuously improve solutions
• Capability Building
• Develop and mentor the next generation of Solution Owners and Product Owners
• Share best practices, playbooks, and design patterns with Group and local teams
• Develop process of product life cycle (Product Vision & Value>Product Discovery & Validation >Decision Ownership >Stakeholder Alignment  Delivery Acceptance >Product Termination)

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Business IT, or related fields
• Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in solution design, system implementation, or digital transformation
• Proven experience as a Solution Owner, Product Owner, or Enterprise Solution Lead

Technical & Business Skills

• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, integration, data platforms, cloud technologies, and security
• Experience designing solutions that support multiple BUs and multiple countries
• Solid understanding of business processes such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Sales
