Responsibilities

Job Purpose :

The Digital and Technology Solutions Partner supports the Digital and Technology Business Partner (DTBP) in driving digital and technology initiatives that align with business strategies and operational priorities of assigned Business Units.

This role acts as an operational and analytical enabler, coordinating between Business Units and Digital & Technology teams, supporting demand management, solution definition, and delivery tracking to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes that deliver tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Technology Interface: A key liaison between business users and technology teams to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding. Support users through clarification of system functionality and digital solutions, providing one‑stop coordination where appropriate. Provide feedback from Business Units to DTBP and delivery teams on solution effectiveness and adoption.

Business Requirement Support & Analysis: Collecting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from assigned Business Units. Translate business needs into preliminary functional requirements, solution scope, and system specifications. Assist in evaluating the impact of business changes on existing processes and systems.

Digital Initiative Coordination: Coordinate digital and technology initiatives across Business Units, Digital & Technology Services, and vendors. Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies to support on‑time and quality delivery. Support preparation of project documentation, status updates, and steering materials.

Operational & Process Improvement Support: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, and automation. Support DTBP in proposing digital solutions that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience .Assist in maintaining documentation, standards, and knowledge related to digital solutions within assigned Business Units.

Continuous Learning & Digital Readiness: Maintain a broad understanding of information systems used within assigned Business Units. Monitor changes in business operations and proactively support DTBP in identifying relevant digital opportunities. Build foundational capabilities in digital transformation, enterprise systems, and business process design.
