Job description
- บริหารจัดการด้านสินค้าและความต้องการ (Demand) และวิเคราะห์และจัดทำ Demand Forecast
- รับทราบและวิเคราะห์แผนงานจากทีม Customer Management เพื่อกำหนดทิศทางการขายสินค้า
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ ฝ่ายขาย Supply Chain Demand Planning และคลังสินค้า
- ควบคุมและติดตามกระบวนการขนส่งสินค้าเข้าสู่ Distribution Center (DC) ของห้าง และจัดเก็บในคลังสินค้า
- บริหารจัดการให้สามารถส่งมอบสินค้าให้ลูกค้าได้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลา (On-time Delivery)
- เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพด้านต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์และระยะเวลาในการขนส่งทำงานร่วมกับทีม Customer Management เพื่อกำหนดแนวทางการขายสินค้า รวมถึงการเปิดตัวสินค้าใหม่
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อบริหารความสมดุลของสินค้า (Supply & Demand)
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและนำเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน (Continuous Improvement)
Requirement
- มีประสบการณ์การจัดการข้อมูล และรายงานต่าง ๆ อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์การวางแผน/ประมาณการสั่งและกระจายสินค้าที่มีมากกว่า 50 SKU
- กรณีเคยส่งสินค้าเข้าโมเดิร์นเทรดจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
