- ดูแล ตรวจสอบยอดเงินจากการขายของเอเย่นต์เข้าบัญชีให้ครบถ้วนถูกต้องตามนโยบายการขาย
- ทำรายงานสรุปยอดขายเอเย่นต์ พร้อมเอกสารประกอบ
- สรุปรวมใบสำคัญรับ จากการขายเอเย่นต์
- เรียกรายงาน สเตทเม้นท์ ของทุกธนาคารให้กับทางศูนย์บัญชีระหว่างวัน และ ทุกสิ้นวัน
- ระหว่างวันตรวจสอบเงินเข้าบัญชีของเอเย่นต์ที่ซื้อสินค้า เพื่อประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่สนับสนุนขายเอเย่นต์เพื่อเปิดเอกสารส่งสินค้าให้กับเอเย่นต์
- ประสานงานติดต่อธนาคารเอเย่นต์และภายในองค์กร
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการเงินหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ในด้านลักษณะการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัท มีความเข้าใจในระบบขั้นตอนการทำงาน การวางแผน การวิเคราะห์
- มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม MS Office
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร
- มีความรับผิดชอบ มีมนุษยสัมธ์ที่ดี มีความระเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีความอดทน สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- มีปฎิภาณไหวพริบ แก้ไขสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
