Contract Management Associate
atThai Beverage PCLJob Responsibilities
1. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายกฎหมายในการจัดทำและตรวจสอบร่างสัญญา รวมถึงดำเนินการออกสัญญาฉบับจริง
2. ประสานงานกับคู่สัญญาในการจัดเตรียมเอกสารประกอบสัญญา
3. ดำเนินการจัดส่งเอกสารสัญญาเพื่อขออนุมัติและลงนามจากผู้มีอำนาจ
4. จัดเก็บสัญญาต้นฉบับในรูปแบบเอกสารและไฟล์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (PDF) อย่างเป็นระบบ
5. ประสานงานและดำเนินการยื่นชำระภาษีและค่าธรรมเนียมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสัญญา เช่น ภาษีป้าย ภาษีที่ดินและสิ่งปลูกสร้าง และภาษีอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
6. จัดเตรียมเอกสารเกี่ยวกับกรรมการและผู้มีอำนาจลงนามตามสัญญา
7. สนับสนุนการจัดเตรียมเอกสารอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสัญญาตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Skills & Qualifications
1. ปริญญาตรี สาขานิติศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานสัญญา งานเอกสาร หรือการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
3. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถบริหารจัดการเอกสารสำคัญได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
4. มีทักษะในการประสานงานและการสื่อสารที่ดี
4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
