Compliance Associate

• Support the development, review, and update of company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Conduct compliance monitoring activities, including identifying regulatory risks and recommending improvement actions
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to compliance requirements and corporate governance standards
• Prepare compliance reports and presentations for management and relevant committees
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant functions within the organization
• Support corporate ethics and compliance initiatives such as Code of Conduct, Whistleblowing, and Anti-Corruption programs

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Company Secretary, Compliance, Legal, or Corporate Governance functions
• Knowledge of the Public Limited Companies Act, Securities and Exchange Act, and SET regulations is an advantage
• Experience supporting Board of Directors' and/or Shareholders' Meetings is preferred
• Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills with high attention to detail
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under pressure, handle confidential information, and meet deadlines
