Key Responsibilities (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก)
- ติดต่อรับเช็คลูกหนี้ (สำนักงานใหญ่)
- รับชำระหนี้บริษัทในเครือ
- ตัดรับชำระลูกหนี้ทั้งหมดในระบบตามยอดที่ได้รับชำระประจำวัน ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
- จัดทำเอกสารใบเสร็จรับเงินลูกค้า ตามยอดที่ได้รับชำระประจำวัน
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปการรับชำระ-วางบิล ประจำวัน
QUALIFICATION (คุณสมบัติ)
- ปริญญาตรีบัญชี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาการเงิน
- มีประสบการณ์และความรู้ด้านงานบัญชี / งบประมาณ / การจัดการฐานข้อมูล / ภาษีอากร อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ระดับดี (ฟัง-พูด-อ่าน-เขียน)
- มีความรู้ด้านภาษีอากร และมาตรฐานบัญชี
- มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม MS office
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สถานที่ทำงาน อาคารแสงโสม ถ.วิภาวดีรังสิต
- วันและเวลาในการทำงาน วันจันทร์ - วันศุกร์ (8.30 น. - 17.00 น.)
