- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการจัดซื้อและนำเสนอข้อมูลเพื่อใช้ในการกำหนดนโยบายและการวางแผนกลยุทธ์การจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการจัดซื้อและนำเสนอข้อมูลที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์ พร้อมทั้งให้คำแนะนำ และระบุสิ่งที่ควรปรับปรุงเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง
- พัฒนารูปแบบรายงาน Procurement Executive Information System ตามการใช้งานของผู้บริหาร
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี/โท ด้านการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลสารสนเทศ, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, สถิติ หรือสาขาอื่นที่ๆ เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจัดซื้อ 3-5 ปีในธุรกิจขนาดใหญ่ และเข้าใจกระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดหาเป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจแน้วโน้มเทคโนโลยี สถานการณ์การตลาดและข้อมูลข่าวสารที่มีผลกระทบต่อธุรกิจ
- มีทักษะด้านการใช้ Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup)
- มีทักษะด้านการติดต่อประสานงาน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้
- มีความรู้ด้านกลยุทธ์การจัดซื้อรวมถึงความรู้เกี่ยวกับสินค้าและบริการ
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและรายงาน
