ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
Plan and execute training plan, program and activities. Support course design by integrating IDP requirement. Coordinate with training institutes, course instructors for finalizing required training facilities and other related arrangement.
EDUCATION
- Diploma or Bachelor HRD, Business Administration, Political Science Economics or related fields.
- Open for any fields.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 3-5 years experience in HRD, HRM or OD, KM, Learning Organization. Experience in petroleum/petrochemical or related is advantageous.
- Good English literature is required.
