atOcean Life Insurance PCL- ดูแลระบบบัญชี เป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับผู้ใช้งานระบบ ดำเนินการแก้ปัญหาเบื้องต้นที่สามารถดำเนินการได้เองและประสานงานกับผู้ดูแลระบบภายนอกในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถดำเนินการเองได้
- ตรวจสอบการจัดทำขั้นตอน (Flowchart) การเชื่อมโยงระหว่างระบบต่าง ๆ เช่น Core insurance , Human resource , และ Procurement เป็นต้น กับระบบบัญชีตลอดจนเข้าร่วมและให้ความเห็นกรณีมีการเชื่อมต่อจากระบบใหม่ และทำการปรับปรุง Flowchart เพิ่มเติมการเชื่อมโยงระบบใหม่ดังกล่าว
- ดูแลการเปิดปิดรหัสบัญชี และรหัสวิเคราะห์ทางบัญชี ดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามโครงสร้างที่ถูกต้องและไม่ให้เกิดผลกระทบกับการจัดทำรายงานต่าง ๆ ตลอดจนปรับปรุงฐานข้อมูลโครงสร้างทางบัญชีใหม่
- ตรวจสอบการจัดทำรายงานประกอบการปิดบัญชี เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าข้อมูลถูกต้องและครบถ้วน เช่น รายงานเบี้ยประกันภัยรับตามช่องทางการจำหน่าย (Distribution Channel) และตามคู่ค้า (Partner) ,รายงานค่าใช้จ่ายส่งเสริมการขายตามโครงการ และรายงานค่าใช้จ่ายดำเนินงาน เป็นต้น
- เตรียมความพร้อมข้อมูลและระบบงาน สำหรับการเริ่มใช้มาตรฐานบัญชีที่กำลังมีผลบังคับใช้ เช่น กระทบยอดระหว่างข้อมูลกรมธรรม์ กับ ข้อมูลในระบบบัญชี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา บัญชี ระบบบัญชี MIS
- มีประสบการณ์ ด้านการบันทึกบัญชี และภาษีต่างๆ ประมาณ 5 ปี
- มีความรู้เรื่องของระบบงานบัญชี
- มีทักษะการนำเสนอ ชอบเรียนรู้
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office ได้ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปได้ดี
