พิจารณาขอเอกสาร ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเพื่อประกอบการเรียกร้องสินไหม
ตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขความคุ้มครองและข้อยกเว้นกรมธรรม์
ประสานงาน ติดตามข้อมูลกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณา
พิจารณาและบันทึกผลการพิจารณาสินไหมตามอำนาจดำเนินการ

วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา นิติศาสตร์ รัฐศาสตร์ พยาบาล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
หากมีประสบการณ์ทางด้านพิจารณาสินไหมทางด้านประกันชีวิต จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
มีทักษะการติดต่อประสานงาน
สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
มีความรู้ทางด้านภาษาอังกฤษ
