Role and Responsibilities
1. [Galaxy Consultant Project Leader] Lead/Mentor/Coach Galaxy Butler Service Team(GBS) to improve the service-in-shop operation, innovate service in-shop, improve dealer-satisfaction, shop visiting and list voice of dealer with countermeasure, including perform the GC individual development plan / succession plan for career path development.
2. [Improving service center fields] Make a visiting schedule for each service center and visit and improve the field based on a checklist.
3. [Supporting to solve issues] Analyze issues for each service center based on the visiting results and support to implement an improvement measure for each issue.
4. [Index management] Analyze an index for each service center. Analyze why there is a weakness and resolve the issue.
