Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the assigned key modern trade account by actively contributing to the development of core business strategies that drive sustainable, profitable growth and enhance sales capabilities.
- Establish and continuously develop strong business relationships with modern trade channels. Optimize the distribution of all new and existing products, and manage promotion planning, budgeting, and demand forecasting.
- Drive market share in line with targets; define and maintain the strategic direction of the business plan to increase business contributions and ensure effective coverage of assigned accounts.
- Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements, while monitoring customer preferences.
- Track category and product performance against targets at the customer level, evaluate the impact of strategic and tactical initiatives, and take corrective action as needed to ensure the achievement of business goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or a direct supervisor.
