Position Summary

• Responsible for analyzing and summarizing Market and Demand situation to ensure competitiveness and maintain demand and supply balancing.
• Lead / support each Sales team leader in order to find out optimal supply and demand level by account level for maximize stock utilization and minimize sales opportunity loss
• Continuous monitoring and evaluating current situation to measure current sales and market situation and recommendation to improvements as needed to Top management

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• Mature, dedicated, fast response, high self-motivated with result-driven
• Solid analytical, execution and people management skills
• Ability to work under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail, and meeting deadlines
• Resourcefulness in problems-solving and well-organized
• Strong communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills with stakeholders
• Excellent command of Thai, English both written and spoken and Korean native or advanced business level
• Advance level of Microsoft Excel capability
• Proven experience in team management and coaching
