• Bachelor's Degree and above, majoring in architect and other related fields.;
• Minimum 15 years of related working experience. Experience in the design of large high-end hardcover projects in a large real estate company is preferred;
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Adobe Photoshop, 3Dmax and other related professional software. Strong hand-painted ability. Thorough experience in the effectiveness and quality of the construction site control;
• Possess high design quality and aesthetics with excellent ability to innovate, communicate, and execute, and continuous learn regarding the subject matters;
• Good problem-solving skills. Able to coordinate on issues. Contribute work initiatives. Strong at execution.
• Able to coordinate and work with foreign Designer
