• To conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market requirements for current and future product development
• To prepare materials for the preparation of the competitors in the real estate market.
• To product development and sales by market share and price levels
• To seek new business opportunities and the provision of land for development
• To run business model of development project or feasibilities study
• To corporate with other department for the development process

• Bachelor degree in related fields, (i.e. Architecture, Interior designer, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, Property Valuation)
• At least 4 years experiences in architecture, interior, real estate or real estate consultancy, Finance or marketing
• At least 3 years professional experience in real estate business development in Real Estate Principle and marketing analysis
• Can feasibility study in an advantage
• Computer skill : MS office / ACAD will be preferable
• Good character and presenter
• Good in negotiating, presentation and problem solving skills
