Specialist, CI Engineer (BB)
atPandora Production Co., Ltd.Responsible:
- Driving and leading improvement project to meet plant KPIs (Productivity, Scrap & rework, Lead time, Cost and Safety awareness).
- Enhance and support production and business process to achieve company goals.
- Lead and initiate continuous improvement project to improve productivity, quality and business process.
- Implement and drive Scientific Approach project, whether it be tools & equipment, foundation of data analytics, applying engineering theories or principle, or data library.
- Being responsible together with production for cost saving project.
- Support and collaborate with centre team and innovation team to bring in new technology and innovation to production for productivity and quality improvement.
- Support and collaborate with Process Engineer team for medium and long terms project.
- Support and responsible for urgent case at production for problem solving and long terms improvement.
- Using principle of engineering knowledge, data analytics and scientific to drive project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years experience in Continuous Improvement project, focus to drive and lead Six Sigma and Improvement Project.
- Project management is preferred.
- Flexible and good problem solving, analytic thinking and project management skills.
- Good coordination and good communication skills.
- Able to work well under pressure within limited timeline.
