Senior Manager, Low Carbon Crafting & Supply

Responsibilities;
  • Drive the implementation on Pandora's Low Carbon Business ambitions, namely maintaining the sourcing of 100% renewable energy at Pandora's crafting facilities and the Science Based Target- Scope 3 to decarbonize the supply chain at the crafting and supply level with a core focus on Pandora Production and its related functions
  • Develop actionable roadmaps to integrate outlined strategic initiatives on carbon emission reductions into practical business applications catering to the relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate effectively and maintain relationships with suppliers to mature and support their carbon reduction ambitions in support of Pandora's Supplier Engagement Program
  • Ensure appropriate compliance and due diligence is met with all Energy and Climate data reporting, collecting, and validation
  • Continuously keep up with sustainability efforts and trends in the jewellery and FMCG industry to define best practices for Pandora
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expertise to create the learning and influence the organization on how to incorporate managing and realizing carbon emissions in business operations
  • Lead the plan and execute Pandora's newly announced science-based target at the crafting and supply level
  • Lead the sourcing of renewable energy efforts for Pandora's crafting facilities, including engaging local regulators to develop renewable energy projects
  • Provide key support on developing the Supplier Engagement Program to include science-based climate change goals for the supply chain
  • Manage the process of internally collecting and analyzing climate-related data to set category specific targets
  • Manage the process of externally collecting climate data from suppliers and provide feedback to support their emission reduction performance
  • Develop short-, medium-, and long-term projections on carbon emissions to create visibility and periodic tracking
  • Develop trainings for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications;
  • Masters' degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability or other relevant disciplines preferred
  • Certificated or relevant qualifications in environmental and social governance (e.g., ISO 14001- environment management systems)
  • 7+ years of relevant experience managing corporate manufacturing and supply chain sustainability, either in consulting or preferably, in-house roles
  • Demonstrated success driving strategy, implementation, and concrete results
  • Solid grasp of greenhouse gas accounting and renewable energy standards
  • Demonstrated experience working with international teams
  • Ability to develop strong and collaborative working relationships
  • Professional proficiency in English, both in understanding speaking and writing
  • Professional proficiency in Thai, both in understanding speaking and writing
  • Experience working in the fast-moving consumer products industry
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders such as suppliers, NGOs, and other organizations relevant to complex supply chains, ideally in the consumer products/jewellery industry (e.g., RJC, LBMA, IRMA, RMI, OECD, ETI, etc.)
