HRBP Manager (TDC Operations)

Report to VP - TDC Operations, Pandora Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
Location Gemopolis, Bangkok, Thailand

Main purpose of the role:
  • All HR areas: Leadership development, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Recruitment, Comp & Ben, Employee Relation, Training & Development, Performance appraisal
  • Office administration, with support from Admin staff
  • Being the link between TDC and Global Omni Operations HR

Key accountabilities:
A. HR Business Partnering (40%)
  • Partner with the Managing Director TDC and the TDC leadership team to provide sparring, coaching and support on people and organizational topics
  • Support and enables leaders to address their organizational needs, in accordance with organizational strategy development, workforce planning and budgeting
  • Partner with Global HR, PPT HR & the TDC leadership team to ensure that the Global People & Sustainability strategy is deployed and translated into a local context
  • Handle tasks of Administration, General Affairs, Office Supplies, Security and Facilities & Infrastructure of the company
  • Support the development, and drive the achievement of the strategy taking into account business priorities and the global HR strategy
  • Collaborating with the PPT HR team & Global HR team to ensure effective communication across the organization.
B. HR Administration & Employee Relations (40%)
  • Handle HRM, HRD, benefits management, and performance management, recruitment and employee relations
  • Handle process of new employee and orientation
  • Handle employee welfare and benefits
  • Maintain employees record on HR system
  • Ensure the preparation of the monthly payroll effectively
  • Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures
  • Arrange employee relation and engagement activities to make and improve good relations with all employees
  • Apply analytical technique, statistic, and database to support all related decisions making
  • Managing internal communication with a proactive approach to informing and sharing business critical information
  • Provide collaboration in complying with the policy and regulations related to work environment, occupational health and safety
  • Providing accurate and on time reports to allow for timely management decision making
  • Support Managing Director as personal assistant
Project Management & Execution (20%)
  • To partner with the global HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies, and execute these within the TDC structure
  • Other tasks/projects as assigned – including for example company values roll-out, employee engagement measurement & follow-up, management & calibration of talent pipeline, succession planning, employer branding
  • Crisis management, interpretation & guidance related to Thai government law changes

Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in uman Resource Management, Business Management or any related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR and Admin role
  • Ability to work well under pressure, independent, proactive, good management skills, highly responsible, reliable, positive attitude
  • International mindset
  • Knowledge of current Thailand Labour laws and regulations
  • Logical and methodical thinking, self-confident
  • Excellent in interpersonal skills, attention to details, team-oriented and hands on
  • Good skill to Microsoft office package, most preferred advance skill to EXCEL & PowerPoint
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Project Management and execution
  • Good command in English & Thai, fluent in speaking and written.
