Group Leader, Receiving, Supply & Tools
atPandora Production Co., Ltd.Responsibilities;
- Participate in early-stage new product cycle test and handover, ensure the successful handover BOM, routing, WI, tooling and quality acceptance to production.
- Conduct manufacturing readiness assessments.
- Review engineering drawings and technical documentation to ensure all requirements are met before handover to the production.
- Set internal timeline with constrains for new product releases to production.
- Assess & mitigate risks, develop action plans, coordinate activities and drive results within cross-functional teams.
- Deliver new products on-time, within budget, and at expected quality and reliability levels.
- Collaborate with production to develop efficient methods for assembling product. Design or specify manufacturing equipment, tooling and processes as required.
- Provide a feedback loop to pre-production, production and manufacturing quality to capture lessons learned from product rollouts and provide recommendations for future designs and processes.
Qualifications;
- B.S in Industrial engineering or related fields
- Experience in new product introduction and volume ramp-up
- Experience with FMEA, design for manufacturing, DOE and continual process improvement
- Excellent problem solving and project management skills
- Understanding the engineering drawing
- Proficiency in Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint
- Strong written, verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in English and Thai
- Ability to work well in fast-paced and dynamic environment
