- ประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบสื่อโฆษณาประชาสัมพันธ์งานด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Illustrator และ Photoshop ได้คล่อง
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ รักการคิดค้นการออกแบบกราฟฟิกใหม่ๆ เพื่อให้สินค้าดูโดดเด่น
- มีความสามารถในการถ่ายรูป รู้มุมกล้อง เพื่อให้ภาพสวยงามและสื่อความหมายได้
- สามารถทำงานแข่งกับเวลา มีความรับผิดชอบ และทำให้ผลงานออกมาได้อย่างมประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถจัดการงานเอกสารเพื่อสนับสนุนงานภายในฝ่ายได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน สามารถทำงานวันหยุดได้
