Retail Operation Manager
atGolden Land Property Development PLC- อายุระหว่าง 35 – 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์บริหารงานพื้นที่ในศูนย์การค้า 5 – 7 ปี
- วางแผนงานในการให้บริการผู้เช่า การบริหารจัดการอาคาร ความปลอดภัย การจราจร และสภาพแวดล้อมทั้งหมดภายในอาคาร/ศูนย์การค้า
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ เพื่อให้การจัดกิจกรรมของผู้เช่า ที่เกิดในพื้นที่เช่าภายในอาคาร/ศูนย์การค้า เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ควบคุมการจัดกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่ให้เป็นไปตามข้อบังคับของอาคาร/ศูนย์การค้า
- วางแผนการให้บริการ และสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับผู้เช่าในพื้นที่ ลูกค้าของอาคาร/ศูนย์การค้า รวมทั้งหน่วยงานภายนอก หน่วยงานราชการ และหน่วยงานเอกชนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารอาคารและศูนย์การค้า
- ควบคุม และตรวจสอบความพร้อมของอาคารในการให้บริการ ทั้งงานระบบ ความปลอดภัย และความสวยงาม
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
