Officer/ Senior Officer - Internal Audit
atGolden Land Property Development PLC- Perform audit tests and prepare working papers in accordance with professional IA standards.
- Conduct risk-based audits with the team to various business units.
- Evaluate the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of controls in meeting business and control objectives.
- Prepare a draft discussion audit report.
- Propose practical and value-added recommendations to address control weaknesses and/or process inefficiencies.
- Follow up the actions to ensure the corrective improvement in the audit report.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- At least 3 years' experience in internal audit.
- Highly self-motivated individual and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of Risk Assessment and Internal Control.
- Strong analytical skill, logical thinking, good report writing and presentation skills and good project management skill.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
