หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- วางแผน และโทรหาคู่ค้าในธุรกิจ B2B ในช่องทางร้านขายยา / ตัวแทนขายออนไลน์
- ให้ความรู้สินค้า และบริการหลังการขายตาม WI ที่ได้มีการเทรนนิ่ง
- ประสานงานเพื่อให้ฝ่าย field customer support เข้าไปให้บริการลูกค้าตามที่ได้มีการนัดหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- เพศ ชาย/หญิง อายุ 25-32 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ และมีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานบริการลูกค้า / Telesales / customer service
- ชอบเรียนรู้ทักษะใหม่ๆ และพัฒนาตัวเองอยู่ตลอดเวลา
