- ทำยอดขาย และ ปิดการขาย ตามเป้าที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด
- แนะนำโครงการ เสนอขาย และให้ข้อมูลกับลูกค้าเป้าหมายในเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับทำเลที่ตั้ง คุณสมบัติ และราคา เพื่อชักจูงให้ลูกค้าซื้อสินค้าของบริษัท
- แนะนำโปรโมชั่นส่งเสริมการขาย ผลักดันเป้าหมายด้านยอดขาย และการสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า
- ติดตามกลุ่มลูกค้า สร้างความสัมพันธ์ เพื่อทำการปิดการขาย
- ดูแลลูกค้า ทำการรับจอง ทำสัญญา และดำเนินการเรื่องเอกสารต่างๆ ตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบกระบวนการขายพร้อมติดตามการผ่อนชำระเงินค่างวด, ติดต่อประสานงานเกี่ยวกับงานสินเชื่อ
- ศึกษารายละเอียดสินค้า และคู่แข่ง
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้า จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี ในสายงานขาย และการตลาด ธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ บ้าน วิลล่า ห้องชุดคอนโดมิเนียม ฯลฯ
- สามารถพูดภาษาอังกฤษ หรือ ภาษาจีนกลางได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- บุคลิกดี ทัศนคติดี มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะในการเจรจาดี
- มีจิตใจรักการบริการ และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดได้เป็นครั้งคราว
