ERP Project Manager
atXcellence Corporation Co., Ltd.- Manage internal resources and/or third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on timeline, within scope and budgeting.
- Direct team members the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
- Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation within company's projects portfolio.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changers to the project scope, schedule, and costs using approbate verification techniques.
- Resolve any issues and solve projects throughout the project life cycle.
- Measure project performance KPI using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report project status and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholder.
- Successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and/or vendor.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business or similar related degree
- 7 years' experience in implementing and / or support ERP projects or work on ERP package (Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, etc.)
- Experience in implementing ERP or large software applications preferred
- Good Communication (writing, spoken), Presentation and Consultation skill
- Good knowledge of language .NET Technology understanding
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong positive attitude, highly motivated and a self-starter
- Ability to work effectively as a team player with internal and external team members
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, autonomous environment
