Business Analyst Associate
atAIA (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Assist in user acceptance test (UAT) to cover necessary testing criteria and provide production support on claims system issues to Operations users.
- Gather and prepare user's requirement and coordinate with IT on system design.
- Involve in project initiatives or new product launching that related to claims functions in term of system modifications.
- Coordinate / follow up with user, IT and vendor for project initiation, implementation and post-implementation to complete project as plan.
- Preparing daily management reports or any ad hoc reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT - related fields
- Knowledge of insurance business would be an advantage
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
