ร่าง จัดทำ ตรวจสอบสัญญาธุรกิจ ภาษาไทย และ ภาษาอังกฤษ พิจารณาให้คำปรึกษา จัดทำความเห็นตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวกับสัญญา และการทำธุรกรรมของบริษัท
ฟ้องคดี ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
รายงานคดี

ชาย/หญิง จบปริญญาตรีสาขานิติศาสตร์
มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
สามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้
มีความรับผิดชอบสูง, มีความคล่องตัว
ถ้ามีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับข้อกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับ ห้างหุ้นส่วนบริษัท เช่น จดทะเบียนตั้งบริษัท เพิ่ม-ลดทุน เกี่ยวกับผู้ถือหุ้น การประชุมสามัญ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
