Group Product Managers - Infrastructure Operations

Leads our internal users and collaborates with consultants and implementers in the deployment or upgrade of SAP S/4 HANA, as well as relevant Server, Network, Storage, Database and Cybersecurity solutions by managing project teams in aligning business needs with module and solution functions. The candidate will be actively involved in project phases and technological solution support.

Main role and responsibilities

• Help users in defining their needs and direct them to the corresponding modules and functionalities
• Conceptualize functional analyses and the modeling of business processes in relation to project targets.
• Ensuring a cross-sectional view of the user's functional needs.
• Ensure the correlation between the development of solutions and the functional needs of the user.
• Perform the configuration of modules according to the business needs of the users.
• Provide a monitoring role in order to understand and anticipate trends in their area of ​​expertise, and make appropriate recommendations in terms of developing best practices for the company.
• Manage Database Engineer, providing SQL Server Support; whether a database resides onpremise or in a Public / Private Cloud.
• Responsible for developing and implementing an information security program, which includes policies, procedures and execution plans designed to protect enterprise communications, systems and assets from both internal and external threats.
• Deploy and Project Lead for Enterprise Robotic Process Automation
• Manage team of approximately 10 persons

Qualification

• At least Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
• More than 10 years and above in largescale SAP deployment, support and/or upgrade projects on one or more of the modules.
• Working Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA: CM, CO, FI, TRM, MM, PS, PP/QM, Data Migration or others.
• Possess a strong knowledge and experience in SAP configuration.
• Should have Functional Experience of SAP Fiori.
• Know the integration points and 'tie-ins' with other modules (e.g., Salesforce).
• Have developed very good interpersonal communication and user-support management skills.
• Possess strong analytical, incident resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Make quality decisions.
• Good Communication in English.
• Holder of an active CISCO, SAP, Microsoft and/or other industry recognized certification.
• Possess growth mindset, willing to sacrifice and work long hours and determination to excel in lifting work standard.
