Human Resources Strategic Planning
atSC Asset Corporation PLC.- Oversees the functioning of the performance management, Learning and Development, Web/Mobile application development
- Develop and implement HR strategies
- Lends their expertise on workforce design, processes to assist in building a future-proof strategy
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement succession planning strategies that identify and develop internal talent for future leadership roles.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on HR matters.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Utilize HR analytics and Reporting to provide insights and drive data-driven decision-making. Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
âĒ Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
âĒ Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
âĒ Good leadership and people management skills.
âĒ Strong understanding of HR practices.
âĒ Proven effective management skills
âĒ Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
âĒ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
âĒ Good in English with strong communication skills
