Hotel Manager – SCX Corporation (A subsidiary of SC Asset)

We operate a prestigious full-service hotel renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences and outstanding hospitality standards. As a key player in our property’s success, this role will lead all facets of hotel operations to maintain excellence and foster continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee hotel operations to ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional service that meets both customer and employee expectations.
- Set and monitor short-term and long-term goals to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability (GOP) without compromising service quality or employee engagement.
- Monitor hotel performance through guest satisfaction metrics, financial data, and key operational KPIs.
- Analyze Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and implement appropriate business strategies.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports for property owners and stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with operational standards, SOPs, policies, and relevant legal requirements.
- Lead and coach the operations team continuously to promote service excellence and key performance improvements.
- Maintain high service and product quality standards through regular evaluations and cross-department collaboration.
- Own the customer complaint resolution process with effective and timely service recovery.
- Support the development and readiness of future hotel leaders through structured talent development and succession planning.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree, higher, or equivalent in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the hotel industry, with at least 5 years in a Hotel Managerial or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in hands-on hotel operations management; pre-opening experience is a strong advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel business functions, operational standards, and guest service excellence.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and budgeting.
- Ability to perform effectively in dynamic environments, manage shifting priorities, and implement impactful strategies.
- Skilled in leading and coaching cross-functional teams through all phases of hotel operations and development.
