Key Responsibilities:


Manage and oversee hotel operations to ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives.

  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional service that meets both customer and employee expectations.
  • Set and monitor short-term and long-term goals to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability (GOP) without compromising service quality or employee engagement.
  • Monitor hotel performance through guest satisfaction metrics, financial data, and key operational KPIs.
  • Analyze Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and implement appropriate business strategies.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports for property owners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure full compliance with operational standards, SOPs, policies, and relevant legal requirements.
  • Lead and coach the operations team continuously to promote service excellence and key performance improvements.
  • Maintain high service and product quality standards through regular evaluations and cross-department collaboration.
  • Own the customer complaint resolution process with effective and timely service recovery.
  • Support the development and readiness of future hotel leaders through structured talent development and succession planning.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree, higher, or equivalent in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the hotel industry, with at least 5 years in a Hotel Managerial or similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record in hands-on hotel operations management; pre-opening experience is a strong advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel business functions, operational standards, and guest service excellence.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and budgeting.
  • Ability to perform effectively in dynamic environments, manage shifting priorities, and implement impactful strategies.
  • Skilled in leading and coaching cross-functional teams through all phases of hotel operations and development.
