Job Description :
- แนะนำระเบียบการพักอาศัย, การรับประกันต่างๆ, ทีมหลังการขาย
- Download และแนะนำสินค้าบริการใน RJ App
- ประสานงาน และสนับสนุน กรณีงานซ่อม, ร้องเรียนทั้งบ้านและส่วนกลาง
- ประสานงานให้ข้อมูล ตอบคำถาม แนะนำสินค้า รับแจ้งซ่อม ร้องเรียนผ่าน omni channel ( ทำงานร่วมกับ contact center)
- เชิญลูกค้าร่วมกิจกรรม RJ Club
- ประชาสัมพันธ์ประกาศข่าวสาร
- ติดตาม ทวงถามค่าส่วนกลาง
- เชิญร่วมประชุม
- ชี้แจงงบประมาณต่างๆ
Qualifications :
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
- คนไทย สามารถพูดภาษาจีนแมนดาริน
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริการหรือหลังการขาย
- ทำงาน 6 วัน /สัปดาห์
