Responsibilities:
- Analyst problem and offer solutions for customers.
- Manage and prepare prices from the contractor to propose customers.
- Quality control of work as well as service according to company culture.
- Contractor management, allocate the workload, evaluate, analyze and problem solving with the contractor.
- Summary report, analyst opportunities and develop new products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experiences in home's maintenance services.
- Fast learning and hard working.
- Able to handle many tasks at once and be a problem solver.
- Active and enthusiastic.
- Able to work under pressure and flexible.
