Conduct research to develop new and improve manufacturing processes

• Develop safety procedures for those working with potentially dangerous chemicals
• Develop processes to separate components of liquids and gases or to generate electrical currents using controlled chemical processes
• Design and plan the layout of equipment
• Do tests and monitor performance of processes throughout production
• Troubleshoot problems with manufacturing processes
• Evaluate equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Estimate production costs for management
• Training plan for Lab production
• Create / Review SOP WI or Procedure for Lab production
• Information and motivation of subordinated staff
• Enforcement of rules and regulations
• Authority to issue penalties
• Responsible for implementation of company policies and procedure in their area of work, and with their subordinates (Where applicable)
• Have to know & understand the company procedure and policies and also to cooperate with company in audit activities such as ISO, OHSAS etc. moreover to attend the compulsory training course i.e. Orientation Program, Safety Officer Training etc.

• Bachelor' s Degree in Chemistry, Polymer, Science, Chemical Engineering or any related field
• 6 years of experience in Chemical Laboratory, Lab Supervisor or Process Engineer
• Experience in Manufacturing Environment
• Familiar with Quality Management System
• Good leadership, people skill, interpersonal skill, analytical, problem solving and trouble shooting, etc.
• Able to use software application such as Excel, Power point, SPC, etc.
• Good English Skill both written and spoken
