Job summary: We are looking for a Thai Language Coordinator will support communication and coordination between Vietnamese employees, Thai expatriates, and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations and effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support communication between Thai-speaking and Vietnamese-speaking employees.

• Provide Thai–Vietnamese and Vietnamese–Thai translation and interpretation support for daily communication, meetings, and documents.

• Assist Thai expatriates with daily administrative matters and other necessary support.

• Support the organization of meetings, company activities, and internal events involving Thai colleagues.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or final-year students in Thai Language or related fields

• Fluent in Thai communication skills, including speaking, listening, reading, writing

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team

• Willingness to travel for business trips
