Job Purpose

Lead the Testing COE Team which responsible for FWD overall Software Quality Assurance domain. Incorporate, collect and communicate it throughout FWD organization in order to ensure sufficient actions, resources and technology to be acquired to suite Software QA requirements for FWD’s Software. Lead the team of BAU QA and BAU QA Automation in order to support BAU activities and giving consulting services to any requester in FWD organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure highest quality of software delivered. Maintain, collect and communicate Software QA knowledge incorporate with Insurance End-to-end business knowledge expertise to ensure zero defect practice and targeted.
• Understand Business value/impact, project requirements, Stakeholders analysis and understanding of their interest in term of Software quality expected,
• Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure all required QA activities are commonly understand and deliver in a timely manners.
• Lead agile organization to deliver high quality QA products to enhance business value deliver to FWD customer.
• Create and manage related documents of the project in order to support QA Activities and ensure zero defect practice is achievable.
• Establish Quality Assurance Center of Excellence to ensure solution deliver with no critical or high issues

• Manage and deliver excellence service to satisfy or exceed stakeholder’s expectations
  

Qualifiations:

• B.Sci. or B.Eng., or M.Sci. (MBA will be beneficial), other bachelor degree are considerable
• Minimum 5 years experience in Life insurance.

• Experience in Software QA activities planning and execution (at least 2 years).
• Agile project management experience.
• Total experience 10 years.
• Having strong QA experience and understanding end-to-end insurance processes.
• Dedication for Software QA
• Good Leadership and ownership, experience in leading QA team.
• Excellence communication in Thai and English
