In this role, you will take ownership of developing modern and measurable learning products in AI and digital fields for Skooldio. You will collaborate closely with instructors to design cutting-edge curricula and partner with enterprise clients to create tailored learning solutions. Throughout your work, you will align with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive learning product delivery and commercial success. You will also oversee on-site sessions, gather client feedback, and guide junior team members to help the team achieve its collective goals.

What You'll Drive

• Develop and enhance learning products and services in AI and digital product domains, ensuring they align with business objectives, market demands, and measurable learner outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with instructors to design curriculum content that meets learner expectations, addresses evolving market trends, and supports commercial viability.

• Partner with enterprise clients to analyze specialized organizational challenges and deliver tailored learning solutions that meet client requirements while contributing to business growth and team revenue targets.

• Drive product commercial performance in close alignment with sales, marketing, and operations teams to capture revenue opportunities and execute high-impact workshops.

• Monitor product performance, learner feedback, and key commercial metrics to continuously optimize product offerings and achieve measurable business impact.

• Travel to workshop venues or client sites (if needed) to oversee operational delivery and gather participant feedback for continuous product enhancement.

• Help optimize internal team workflows and provide constructive mentorship to junior teammates to ensure the team achieves its shared operational and business goals.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in product development or business development.

• Strong skills in market analysis, customer understanding, and conducting preliminary business feasibility assessments.

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently from end to end across at least 2 to 3 completed initiatives.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and instructors.

• Practical skill in applying AI tools to improve daily work productivity and workflows is highly preferred.

• Professional working proficiency in English with the ability to handle daily communication smoothly.
