Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement demand forecasting models tailored to BJC's product portfolio and market trends.
2. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather insights and align demand plans with business objectives.
3. Monitor and analyze demand patterns, adjusting forecasts to reflect changing market dynamics and customer preferences.
4. Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and streamline supply chain operations.
5. Manage supplier relationships, negotiating terms and agreements to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
6. Implement supply chain initiatives to improve efficiency, such as vendor-managed inventory and lean manufacturing principles.
7. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive planning and risk management strategies.
8. Utilize supply chain management systems to track inventory levels, monitor performance metrics, and generate reports for management review.
9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service levels.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or related roles, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in demand forecasting techniques and statistical analysis.
4. In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management practices, and logistics operations.
5. Experience with supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, MRP) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
