Building Management Officer
atTrend Estateหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
บริหารจัดการ อาคาร The KROSS ซึ่งเป็น Community Mall ขนาดเล็ก และอาคารสุทธิ อาคารสำนักงานพื้นที่ประมาน 3000 ตารางเมตร
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยเกี่ยวกับเรื่อง Operation ต่างๆของโครงการ และตรวจการทำงานของทีมพนักงานต่างๆ รักษาความปลอดภัย และแม่บ้าน ช่าง
- คอยดูแล ช่วยเหลือ ให้คำแนะนำลูกค้าผู้มาเช่าอาคาร (Relationship Management)
- มีส่วนร่วมในการทำ Marketing&PR campaign
- คอยจัดซื้อจัดจ้างสิ่งของและบุคคลฝ่ายต่างๆ
- รายงานความเรียบร้อยกับเจ้าของโครงการ
- คอยควบคุม บริหารจัดการ ดูแล ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขจุดต่างๆให้อาคารยังใช้งานได้อย่างสม่ำเสมอ (Repair and Mantenance Work)
- งานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารโครงการ
